        "AZAD PUBLICITIES" was established in 1938 with intial name as Azad Publicity & News Agency then changed as Azad Publicities by freedom Fighter Journalist Late Sh. Om Parkash 'Azad' with foresightedness to promote "SWADESHI"  goods manufactured by Indian Craftsmen & Artisicions through his established Urdu Daily 'Awaz-e-Hind'. "AZAD PUBLICITIES" was established with small resources and the Indian Products were advertised through 'Small Boards, Show cases, Show- Windows" displayed at Railway Stations, by fixing Tin Plates on the trees, wall paintings etc. And all these were the conceptions - Brain behind of Late Sh O.P Azad founder of this agency. In the early 'Sixties' - a new trend was incepted taking advertising through Railway Time Tables, that too proved very successful. It was in 1969, when All India Radio introduced 'Commercials' on Its 'Vividh Bharati channels, And 'AZAD PUBLICITIES' had the credential  one of the leading ad-agencies as a 'Recognised for 'Commercial Bookings' - in this  region  comprising Punjab, Haryana, Himachal & J & K.

           Uptill 1972, AZAD PUBLICITIES had a long tail of prestigious clients like - Hero Cycles. Shan Sewing Machines, Kalsi Pumps, 'Simco - Hair Fixer, Pamila Bleaching Cream, Khalsa - Pump, Deson Electrical Appliances, Mughli Ghutti - 555, Riat Group, Sagar Machine Tools, Ram Singh & Bros., Batli Boi & Co., Luxmi Sewing Machine - Fans, Union Forgings, Sudarshan Engg. Works, Basant Mech. Works & many many more.

          Thereafter trends diversified to Outdoor  & Press advertising. And AZAD PUBLICITIES made a slight diversification towards Hoardings & Glow Signs.

         With the change of time & trends, AZAD PUBLICITIES had been passing through & faced many challenges.

            At present managed by Mr. Naresh Nanchahal S/o Late Sh. O.P.Azad & his son Mr. Atul Nanchahal - AZAD PUBLICITIES is doing very well in outdoor advertising through 'Kiosks', Bus Shelters,Hoardings Outdoor advt. on Railways, Roadways, Sianages & Highways besides Flex Printing etc., - and having present turnover in lacs.
